1. Start with a photo or a plan
Send us a photo of the piece you like, or its code from our gallery, with the size you need. For projects, send the plan and photos of the space. Requests reach us on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
2. Survey and measurement
We offer a survey visit to measure the space and hear what you need. We have offices in Riyadh and Jeddah; in other cities the visit depends on project size, and you can always start from the plan, photos and dimensions.
3. Samples and approval
Before production you approve size, wood, fabric, colour and finish with samples, so there are no surprises at delivery.
4. A written quote
You receive a written price and lead time before production starts, itemised with the materials you approved.
5. Made in Damietta
Pieces are made in our factories in Damietta, Egypt's furniture city, where we have worked since 1970: hand carving, gilding and upholstery for classic, clean lines for modern, and in both cases made to your room's size.
6. Delivery and installation
Ready exclusive pieces are usually delivered within 7–15 working days depending on availability. Made-to-order pieces and projects get their lead time in the written quote. We deliver and install with our own team.
7. Where we work
We serve Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and Egypt, with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Cairo and Muscat. In Saudi Arabia we serve Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, the Eastern Province and cities across the Kingdom.
8. Guarantee and follow-up
All our work and pieces are guaranteed for three years against manufacturing defects from handover, with the details written in the quote. On villa projects one person stays with you to handover and comes back after six months to check on things.
9. Large projects: hotels and offices
We furnish hotels, serviced apartments and offices from the BOQ and the designer's or operator's specification, with a mock-up room or samples approved before volume production, then phased delivery and installation. We have delivered institutional premises in Egypt's New Administrative Capital as well as villas and apartments.
