We were part of the fit-out of the largest projects in the New Administrative Capital and Egypt's new cities, as a partner to the country's major contractors. Projects with exacting specifications and fixed schedules, whose experience we bring to every home and project since.
In every villa we start from how the family lives: where they receive guests, how they gather, and what they want for their children. Then we make the whole house under one signature, from the fit-out to the last piece of furniture.
We know what worries you, because we have heard the same stories: a date that slipped by months, a price that changed halfway through, a salon that arrived looking nothing like the picture. So we do not stop at a promise. Six commitments sit as clauses in your contract, signed by us before you sign.
Production does not start before you sign the wood, fabric and colour sample. What you sign is what you receive.
Handover is written into the contract by date, with a penalty clause we pay if we are late.
The price you sign after the shop drawings are approved is the price you pay. No small print, no surprises at handover.
A written three-year warranty from handover, covering all our work against manufacturing defects: furniture, joinery, fit-out and installation.
Every week, photos of your piece being made and your project taking shape arrive on WhatsApp. You follow from wherever you are, without having to ask.
Six months after handover we come by free of charge, adjust doors, hinges and drawers, and make sure everything is as we left it.
