Everything you need to know before ordering.
How ordering works
- Add pieces to your request list, choose “Request a quote” or “Reserve the piece” and send your details. Sending is not a payment and not a commitment.
- You receive an email confirmation with a request number, then our sales team contacts you to review the details.
- Prices shown on the site are indicative; the final price is set in the official quotation or contract.
Deposit and contract
- Work starts with a written contract and a deposit whose percentage is agreed with you.
- Every payment, including the deposit, is issued with a tax invoice from an entity registered with a Saudi commercial registration.
Made to order
- Most pieces are made to order; size, wood, fabric, colour and finish are approved with you in writing, with samples, before production starts.
- A made-to-order request can be cancelled within two weeks of confirmation. After that the piece is in production to your size and materials.
- Any change after production starts follows what is agreed in writing.
Delivery and installation
- Ready exclusive pieces are usually delivered within 7–15 working days depending on availability; made-to-order pieces get their lead time in the quotation.
- Delivery and installation costs are agreed according to the city and order size, and written into the quotation before contracting.
- If we deliver to your door, any damage in transit is on us. If you collect from the showroom, transport becomes your responsibility.
- Even if damage happens after handover or through use, our team takes care of repairing it.
Warranty and returns
- All our work and pieces are guaranteed for three years against manufacturing defects from the date of handover.
- Ready-made pieces can be returned within 5 days of receipt if they are in their original condition.
- Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned once production has started, because they are made to your size and materials; they are fully covered by the warranty.
- We make a free visit 6 months after handover to check and adjust doors, hinges and drawers.
Privacy
- We use your name, mobile, email and address only to process your order, contact you and deliver.
- We do not sell your data and share it only with the delivery party as needed for delivery.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting us.
